dshbot adds sidebar bot contacts and group rooms to DeepSeek Harness. Its Bots sidebar tab holds 1:1 bot contacts and group rooms whose sessions are created with origin 'dshbot' and hidden from workspace session lists. Group rooms follow a talking-circle contract: the room parent never calls a chat model, scheduling is peer-equal rounds over ask_participant, and members deliver visible text only through send_room_message or (pass) to stay silent, with rooms of 2-6 bots and fixed limits of 10 member attempts and 3 rounds. It supports asynchronous A2A messaging with send_to_agent and a structured work handoff with delegate_to_agent, update_task and list_tasks (task, constraints, success criteria and an optional idempotency key), appends a bounded audit trail of task and message transitions to the dshbot catalog without adding a database or worker service, and writes memory only through the single remember tool under $DSH_HOME/dshbot-memory/.

dsh plugin --profile web add github:ChisaAlter/dshbotCopied verbatim from the README's install block, which gives the repository form and notes the npm form dsh plugin --profile web add dshbot@0.2.0 as available once published; the package was not resolvable on the registry on 2026-10-13, so the github: form is used.
Compatibility
A standalone DSH desktop plugin - the desktop shell does not bundle or force-load it. On first load the plugin provisions its dshbot-room agent preset into $DSH_HOME/.agent-presets/ itself (and refreshes it on upgrades), so no host-side preset copying is required, and removing it with dsh plugin remove dshbot removes the sidebar tab.
