fan56/dsh-tui-pi

A pi-style terminal UI suite for DeepSeek Harness: history look-back with fork-at-turn, live subagent steering, model profiles, 20+ themes and a powerline footer.

dsh-tui-pi is a fully-featured pi-style terminal UI for DeepSeek Harness: a plugin suite that turns dsh into a pi-like coding-agent experience. It adds /history look-back with fork-at-turn, guided preset switching, live subagent steering, model profiles, 20+ built-in themes (10 light + 10 dark) with a user theme directory (~/.dsh/themes/), and a powerline footer showing provider/model, context pressure and the session cache-hit rate. Think and tool panels keep reasoning out of the transcript; a /plugins manager toggles bundles on/off and installs specs after an inspect preview; /search (Ctrl+Shift+F) does cross-session full-text search; and a startup plugin tree prints every profile plugin with its installed npm version. It also integrates with Feishu/Lark so the desktop TUI and a phone drive the same dsh session.

Install

dsh plugin --profile tui add @aiwayds/dsh-tui-pi

Copied verbatim from the README's 'Install and launch' block, which pairs it with dsh --profile tui (or the dsh-tui-pi launcher) to start. The README shows dsh plugin --profile <name> remove @aiwayds/dsh-tui-pi for removal, and a node scripts/dev-upgrade.mjs helper for upgrading an existing profile after a release.

Compatibility

Requires dsh >= 0.2.0-rc.2 — the README states the plugin targets the dsh RC/stable line only and that the alpha line is no longer supported. A startup guard logs a one-line warning and exits cleanly when the host is older than the floor (opt out with DSH_TUI_SKIP_HOST_CHECK=1). CI and releases resolve the newest of the latest/next dist-tags at runtime.
