Employed by Guaq AI brings live job search to DeepSeek Harness, mounted as two things: the Employed skills (as an isolated skill provider) and the remote Employed MCP server over Streamable HTTP. A session can search roles verified on about 5,000 employer applicant-tracking boards, open an employer's hiring profile, and brief a hiring market, all from inside dsh. You store an API key (created at jobs.guaqai.me/profile) with /employed-login <api-key>; the key is never written to the package or the session log and is sent only to https://jobs.guaqai.me/mcp. Account tools change only your own Employed data (profile, tracker, alerts) and only when you ask - nothing applies to jobs or contacts employers, and there are no hooks, shell commands or files written. Example prompts: 'Find entry-level backend roles in India.' and 'Is Stripe hiring in London right now?'
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:Guaq-AI/employed-dshCopied verbatim from the README's Install block; the README then instructs storing an API key inside a session with /employed-login <api-key>.
Compatibility
Requires DeepSeek Harness with the web profile; the bundle is an ES module exporting apply(ctx) that uses dsh's own @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client and @deepseek-ai/dsh-skill-filesystem, on any platform dsh runs on. One outbound connection to https://jobs.guaqai.me/mcp carrying the model-chosen search filters and your API key as a Bearer token; dsh's MCP client has no OAuth flow, so sign-in is by API key kept in dsh's credential store. The README notes it has not yet been run against a live dsh build. English README.
