dsh-session-progress answers how far a long agent session has actually got without digging through the logs. The agent keeps a live, weighted checklist of the work nested from a whole phase down to a single step and ticks items off as it goes, and the completion percentage is computed from the boxes themselves (done 1, running 1/2, pending 0) so nobody does the arithmetic and the agent never writes a number. A Session Progress tab in DSH's own right sidebar (with a composer-dock trigger and popover) shows the goal, the weighted checklist with each item's share, the current activity, the next steps and working notes as Markdown, and each session stores the state as a single JSON progress document that also stands as a clean end-of-session summary; a v0.10.x Markdown progress file is migrated to JSON automatically on first read.
