dsh-skills-anywhere collects Agent Skills from local directories and configured Git sources into one catalog, then makes them available through a live DeepSeek Harness provider or a local stdio MCP server. It lets a team reuse skills across agent tools, review bundle changes before loading (comparing instructions and directory manifests, with an optional required content hash), and record which instructions actually reached an agent via MCP load receipts saved alongside tool calls. A npx dsh-skills-anywhere check path/to/SKILL.md --resources --json command finds missing local Markdown link targets in an installed skill folder (with a --fail-on-resource-issues CI gate), and the README is explicit that this check inspects local link targets only — it does not inspect prose dependencies or execute the skill.
