orrinzeng/dsh-cursor-subscription

Sign in to a Cursor account and use the Cursor subscription from DSH without an API key — browser PKCE sign-in, model discovery through Cursor's GetUsableModels, automatic token refresh, and a settings page that mirrors Cursor's included-usage table.

This plugin signs in to a Cursor account and uses the Cursor subscription directly from DSH — no API key and no dependency on the Cursor IDE or CLI. It preserves DSH's existing session, tool and permission systems: once signed in you pick Cursor subscription models from the model picker (e.g. composer-2, claude-4-sonnet) and agent tool calls run through DSH's local toolset (Cursor's filesystem tools are not used — when Cursor requests one of its own built-in tools the plugin declines and tells the model to use DSH tools). It stores credentials in DSH's local credential store and refreshes access tokens automatically, discovers models through Cursor's GetUsableModels with a fallback list, streams reasoning output, image attachments and tool calls, and shows a settings page with sign-in status, token expiry, a subscription-usage table laid out like Cursor's own dashboard, model listing, and controls for the per-run tool-round limit and HTTP retry policy.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-cursor-subscription

Copied verbatim from the README's 'Manual Installation with the dsh Command' section, which also shows verification steps (dsh plugin --profile web list dsh-cursor-subscription --depth 0 and dsh --profile web --dump-config) and notes that on pnpm 11+ a plain add will not select a version published in the last 24 hours — right after a release, install it explicitly (dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-cursor-subscription@0.5.8).

Compatibility

A DSH Web profile plugin. The README carries an explicit warning that it integrates with Cursor's unpublished Agent protocol (agent.v1.AgentService/Run), is an unaffiliated community reverse-engineering project that may stop working when Cursor changes its server-side implementation, and asks users to comply with Cursor's terms of service. The settings panel ships in twelve languages and falls back to English outside the panel.
