wucl12/dsh-side-branch
Select text in the main DSH session and a read-only branch session pops up in the right sidebar: it inherits the main session's existing context, streams its answers token-by-token and never lets its responses pollute the main session's model context. It targets asking follow-up questions, looking up terms or exploring ideas without interrupting the main flow.
DSH Side Ask (dsh-side-branch) lets you select text in the main DeepSeek Harness session and pops up a read-only branch session in the right sidebar. The branch inherits the main session's existing context and streams its answers token-by-token, but its responses never pollute the model context of the main session, so you can ask follow-up questions, look up terms or explore ideas based on the current conversation without interrupting its flow. The author surveyed fourteen side-chat/bubble plugins before building it and targets the cases where none of them satisfied the requirements simultaneously.
