Compatibility
A standard DSH plugin bundle with zero dependencies: it exports name + apply(ctx) (inject: ['skills']) and every contribution goes through ctx.effect() / ctx.skills.register(), so skills are auto-disposed on unload. @deepseek-ai/dsh is only an optional peerDependency, and the plugin passes dsh-plugin-dev check and dsh-plugin-dev verify (clean install / boot / uninstall).
