Eight Standing Seats replaces the DSH sidebar with a fixed 2x4 board of eight permanent agent seats: each seat has a persona, emblem and pixel avatar, and three orthogonal states (persona / activity / context) show at a glance what each agent is doing and which one is waiting for you — the seat identity is permanent while sessions are disposable payload.
Eight Standing Seats (定员八席) replaces the DeepSeek Harness sidebar with a 2x4 board that answers 'what is each seat doing, and which one is waiting for me', which a growing session list cannot. Each seat tracks three deliberately separate dimensions — Persona (name/emblem/accent, owned by you, almost never changes), Activity (working / resting / awaiting answer / awaiting approval, owned by the agent) and Context (empty / in use / near limit, owned by the system) — so 'resting' is not the same as 'vacant'. Seven labels state the facts (Vacant, Standing by, Working, To review, Resting, Awaiting answer, Awaiting approval) with colour-coded status dots, ordered by priority. 'To review' is modelled as an unread notice, not a success state, so a crashed or interrupted turn lights it too.

Compatibility
Replaces the DSH Web sidebar with a fixed 2x4 board. Seat identity (persona, accent colour, index) is permanent; real sessions are replaceable payload mounted on a seat, so adding, removing or reordering sessions never changes a cell's occupant. The eight seats carry the Eight Immortals' names and hand-drawn pixel avatars, and the avatar animation is a finite state machine rather than a looping GIF.
