dsh-s-m-c-center (三合一工具台) adds one first-class settings page — Settings → Web UI Plugins → Tool Manager — for the agent's three kinds of tool, plus a per-conversation skill injection layer. The Skills tab browses, enables, disables, deletes and imports skills, links them one-click into a canonical store at ~/.dsh/S-M-C/skills via directory junctions (never touching SKILL.md), and sets a session default for what a new conversation starts with; per-conversation skill sets are driven by the session default plus a sidebar panel and skill_select, with each conversation storing only its difference from the default, and a shadow skill catalog (one smc-skill-index index row) follows the conversation's injection selection exactly. The MCP servers tab creates, edits, tests, activates, archives and deletes MCP servers over real @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client connections (mcp<server><tool>), moving archived definitions into S-M-C/mcp-archive.json. The CLI tools tab discovers skill-wrapped CLIs and registers system CLIs with probes for installed / version / subcommands / API key. A fourth Guide tab explains how each kind works and what to do before uninstalling, which hands everything back cleanly.

Compatibility
A self-contained DSH web plugin that requires dsh >= 0.1.2-alpha.2 (peer range) with zero source changes — one npm package plus one profile bundle patch line. As of 0.1.2 the skill catalog is served by this plugin (shadow catalog), verified by a three-round external test run (16/16 pass).
