dsh-agent-fleet provides agent development collaboration components for DeepSeek Harness: Core, Message, Resources and Authorization runtime modules plus persistent Team workflows (fleet_run create/start/finish/close/resume), trace inspection (fleet_trace), archive export/import and an embedded Team entry and startup configuration surface in the DSH Web new-session view.
dsh-agent-fleet is the full agent-development collaboration runtime for DeepSeek Harness. Core, Message, Resources and Authorization provide the runtime components (registration and lifecycle, Team resource directories, Fleet-scoped direct messages/Channels/Meetings/Votes, and built-in groups/keycards using Core's single authorization path), and the root bundle adds persistent Team workflows plus trace inspection: fleet_run create/start/finish/close/resume manage a durable Team from a JSON initialization file, fleet_trace reads the coordination timeline or a member's native DSH Session events, and fleet_archive export/import writes or restores a complete archive (contributors get a ctx.fleetArchives.register hook and their own directory). A UI module adds the embedded Team entry and startup configuration surface to the native DSH Web new-session view.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-agent-fleet@latest --allow-build=dsh-harmonyCopied verbatim from the README's 'Install manually' block, which first installs DeepSeek Harness and Harmony globally (npm install --global @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.1-rc.2, npm install --global dsh-harmony@^0.8.8) before adding Fleet to the Web profile. The README notes the separate global Harmony install is still required because its patches must run before the profile loads.
Compatibility
Requires Node.js ^22.22.3 or >=24.11.1, plus DeepSeek Harness and dsh-harmony installed (Harmony must own the final dsh launcher). Fleet installs its compatible Harmony and The Binding of DSH packages into the profile; the --allow-build option permits only Harmony's required installer. Installation is complete when the WebUI opens, the resolved profile contains dsh-agent-fleet, and Harmony reports the Fleet patches plus the-binding-of-dsh/bidirectional-connection as bound.
