Compatibility
Opt-in per project: claw-kit becomes part of the workflow only after a repository has been initialized for .claw, so it does not take over every repo by default. Shared configuration lives in .claw/project.json with personal overrides in .claw/project-override.json. It can also be embedded into another harness via adapter surfaces.
