DSH Better Composer adds source-preserving Markdown presentation and fixed local completion candidates to a DeepSeek Harness Web Composer, without taking ownership of source, selection, history, Context Objects or send/queue/steer — the profile layer adds Settings and editor presentation through the public composer seams, and native title/feature ownership stays with DSH Core. Long pastes can convert into editable reference chips whose LLM-assisted rewriting runs as an independent one-shot call outside the session event stream. An experimental Context Doctor workspace opens from one composer donut into four pages (overview, diagnosis, analysis, feedback) with independent session and mode scopes: the overview keeps the complete native context map (message/step/turn browsing, system and tool sources, cache statistics, growth, anchors, compaction and forks), while a structural view uses persisted Doctor snapshots. Adding evidence to analysis is a separate action that retrieves canonical source text from the Host, and statistics never call a model or activate a cold agent.

Compatibility
Requires a native DSH installation with the web profile, DSH 0.1.7-alpha.2 or newer satisfying the peer dependencies (tested against @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.7-alpha.2), Node.js >=20 and pnpm >=10, and a workspace directory DSH can open (file-mode pasted clips need a known workspace path). DSH Core remains the owner of source, selection, history, Context Objects and Send/Queue/Steer; the plugin contributes only presentation through the public composer seams.
