luoyuejun9/dsh-skin-rotation

Applies one rotation policy to your installed DSH skins on every launch — random (optionally never the last 2 or 3), sequential (resuming the right position after a restart), weighted (probability per skin) or fixed — with the controls inside the Skins settings page. Every installed skin is reported as compatible, excluded, incompatible or unavailable; it keeps readable rotation history, offers one-click restore to the last usable skin, and writes crash-safely through a journal so an interrupted write either finishes or rolls back on the next boot.

dsh-skin-rotation applies one rotation policy to your installed DSH skins on every launch of DeepSeek Harness, with the controls inside the Skins settings page: random (a different skin each launch, optionally never the last 2 or 3), sequential (walks your order, resuming at the right position after a restart), weighted (probability by weight per skin, weights need not total 100) or fixed (always one chosen skin, no automatic switching). Every installed skin is reported as compatible, excluded, incompatible or unavailable, and excluding a skin only removes it from rotation — installed files are never touched. It keeps readable rotation history (time, from → to, trigger startup/manual/restore, mode and outcome, with failed rotations recorded but never entering the recent set), offers one-click restore to the most recent usable successful skin, and writes crash-safely: a rotation edits two patch layers and a journal makes an interrupted write either finish or roll back on the next boot, refusing to overwrite files that changed in ways it cannot explain.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add github:luoyuejun9/dsh-skin-rotation

Copied verbatim from the README's install block; an npm form (dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-skin-rotation) and a release-tarball form are also documented.

Compatibility

Mirrors DSH's own skin-admission check and honours the profile's compatibility.json grants, because DSH silently refuses a plugin row whose @deepseek-ai/dsh* peer range excludes the running version — so a naive rotation could land on a skin that never starts. State is versioned with a schemaVersion that migrates forward, so upgrades do not lose preferences.
