dsh-wechat-workbench turns WeChat into a second client of a DSH workbench over WeChat's official iLink Bot long connection. It projects workspace navigation (/ws, /cd <n>), session list and control (/ss, /ss <n>, /new [title], /tail [n]), and /info / /atdesk onto chat commands, and routes plain text as an ordinary follow-up prompt on the pointed session. Its design promise is 'no parallel session universe': WeChat holds only a {workspaceId, sessionId} pointer per conversation, so a session started from WeChat appears in the GUI and vice versa — same durable timeline, tools, permissions and model routing — and GUI-initiated turns stay silent. WeChat is also an approval channel: every human decision (ask_user_question, plan reviews, permission prompts) flows through DSH's user-questions/request waterfall, and with approvalMode: 'all' plus the at-desk detector reporting 'away', questions from any session are pushed to WeChat to answer by reply. The agent gains a wechat_notify tool (proactive pushes, e.g. 'ping me on WeChat when the build fails') and a wechat_send_file tool (png/jpg/gif/webp render as images, mp4 as video, else as a file). Inbound WeChat images are downloaded and inlined into the prompt for vision, and files land on disk with their path referenced for the agent's fs tools; keyboard/mouse idle beyond idleAwayMinutes flips approvals to WeChat and one touch flips back (unknown platforms fail toward the GUI).

Compatibility
Requires Node.js >= 20, a DSH checkout or install with the web composition, and Python >= 3.11 — on first start the plugin creates a local .venv and installs the community wechat-agent-sdk (MIT) from PyPI, so one online setup step is unavoidable; pipIndexUrl can point at a mirror. The plugin contains no iLink protocol code.
