harness-mate connects the DSH agent running on your own computer to HarnessMate, a small self-hostable platform that gives the agent a phone app and a browser entry. The agent keeps running locally with your files and approvals — HarnessMate is just the door. You can chat with the agent from the phone app or web UI (streamed replies with a typing indicator), send files to the agent from the phone and receive files back, and have approval requests for risky tool calls pushed to your phone to approve or deny from the chat instead of being tied to the computer. Tools still run locally with your permissions under your DSH profile, and the plugin never executes anything on its own.
