Moses14159/dsh-visualizer
Lets the model render visuals on the fly inside a DeepSeek Harness conversation without modifying DSH source: structured charts (line, bar, area, pie, scatter via an echarts ChartSpec) and streaming SVG/HTML widgets that render token-by-token inside a sandboxed iframe, validated by the same pure-function parsers on both host and client.
dsh-visualizer lets the model produce visual content directly inside a DeepSeek Harness conversation and render it safely into the chat. It supports two kinds of output over three delivery paths: structured charts via the spec of the visualize tool (line, bar, area, pie, scatter rendered with echarts), and SVG/HTML widgets that the model writes as svg / html fences (rendering token-by-token, streaming, into the sandboxed iframe) or delivers complete via the widget parameter of visualize. Streaming render reuses the existing assistant/chunk events so a widget updates frame by frame as the text streams. Charts sample the harness's --dsw-alias-* design tokens and SVG widgets size to their intrinsic aspect ratio, keeping output visually native to DSH while never touching DSH source.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:Moses14159/dsh-visualizerCopied verbatim from the README's install block (GitHub form). The README notes the plugin is not yet on npm, so the GitHub form is the one that installs it today; a local path form (dsh plugin --profile web add /path/to/dsh-visualizer) is also documented, and once published dsh-visualizer by name will work.
Compatibility
An external DSH plugin that does not modify DSH source: it reuses DSH's existing assistant/chunk and tool/call/tool/result events. Widget code is inserted verbatim into a sandbox="" iframe with CSP default-src 'none', so there is no sanitizer to bypass; the host execute half and the client fold share the same pure-function parsers (chartspec / widget) so model drift cannot silently pass. Development uses pnpm.
