OtterMind/sqlx
The DSH front end for SQLX — a CLI that connects to MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, TiDB, Oracle, SQL Server, ClickHouse, Redis, MongoDB and dozens more (or local SQLite/DuckDB/H2 files): connections are saved encrypted, one invocation runs one or more statements and returns complete structured results, and an installable plugin lets the agent call SQLX directly (browser UI on the web profile, terminal UI on the tui profile).
@ottermind/sqlx-dsh is the DeepSeek Harness front end for SQLX, a CLI that connects to dozens of database engines from your terminal or agent. Connections are saved encrypted, one invocation runs one or more statements or commands, and the results come back complete and structured. Installing the DSH plugin (or the Codex/Claude equivalents) makes the agent call SQLX directly over MCP without installing the CLI separately, and requires the CLI to meet the plugin's minimum version so an older, incompatible MCP server is refused loudly rather than silently. Two profile targets are offered: a browser UI on the web profile and a terminal UI on the tui profile.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add @ottermind/sqlx-dshCopied verbatim from the README's 'Use with your agent' section for DSH (the adjacent line shows the terminal-UI profile form dsh plugin --profile tui add @ottermind/sqlx-dsh). The plugin installs the sqlx CLI itself when it is missing, so it does not need to be installed separately.

Connects to MySQL, MariaDB, TiDB, GreatSQL, OceanBase, PostgreSQL, CockroachDB, YugabyteDB, openGauss, Oracle, SQL Server, ClickHouse, Trino, Presto, StarRocks, Apache Doris, TDengine, Dameng, KingbaseES, Apache Kylin, XuguDB, IBM Db2/Informix, SUNDB, GBase 8s, Redis and MongoDB, or opens a local SQLite/DuckDB/H2 file. Database workers and a private JRE are downloaded only when needed, so release users need neither Rust, Java nor database drivers.
