dsh-character-studio is a native immersive roleplay studio and companion runtime for DeepSeek Harness. Character cards come in two formats - native 3-section Markdown cards (character, relationship, dialogue) and SillyTavern V2 JSON - and switch with zero code. Each character gets a dedicated Hindsight memory bank that captures lore, commitments and plot points with knowledge-graph relations, so memories do not leak between characters. It injects first-person psychological analysis inside DeepSeek <think> tags to enforce the official chain-of-thought constraint, keeps standard dialogue/action formatting and a natural conversational cadence, and exposes slash commands (/rp list, /rp use <name>, /rp status) plus /ooc <directive> Out-Of-Character director controls.

Compatibility
A native lightweight Cordis plugin - non-invasive, with no host patching and no pure static prompt. It powers long-term memory with the Hindsight entity graph and temporal reasoning, and isolates each character into its own memory bank (rp_<character>) to prevent cross-character leaks; a built-in 60-second in-memory TTL recall cache with write-invalidation serves frequent recalls.
