dsh-gpu-pulse puts a draggable floating GPU monitor in the DSH Web UI: one compact row per NVIDIA GPU with live utilization, VRAM, temperature, power draw and the top VRAM-consuming processes, read from nvidia-smi with no extra service and degrading to a GPU n/a pill when no driver is present.
dsh-gpu-pulse puts a floating GPU monitor inside the DSH Web UI. It renders one compact, draggable row per NVIDIA GPU with live utilization, VRAM used/total, temperature, power draw and - when the driver attributes memory per process - the top VRAM-consuming processes, plus a footer with the driver (KMD) version and the last sample's timestamp. A status dot and colour thresholds on each metric (green under 60%/75%/65 degrees, amber, red) summarize the worst reading in the row, hovering the name shows the GPU index and fan speed, and the strip stays on top of side panels and side cards instead of being covered by them. The strip starts in the bottom-right corner and is draggable with the position remembered per browser profile across sessions and reboots, and double-clicking resets it to the default corner.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:zhubaohi/dsh-gpu-pulseCopied verbatim from the README's install block. The README notes the npm name dsh-gpu-pulse is reserved and that dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-gpu-pulse will work once the package is published, so the documented GitHub form is shipped. Restart dsh web afterwards.
Compatibility
Works on any machine with an NVIDIA driver (Windows or Linux) since the data comes from nvidia-smi, which only reports discrete NVIDIA adapters; integrated GPUs (Intel UHD, AMD iGPU) are never part of the display. No extra service runs and no agent tools are called - the card polls the DSH host's own route. On machines without an NVIDIA driver it degrades to a small GPU n/a pill and re-probes every 5 minutes, lighting up on its own once a driver is installed. Configuration (pollMs, showProcesses, nvidiaSmiPath) is optional via the profile's cordis.patch.yml, and pollMs is a hint served to the client so it applies to all open tabs without a browser-side setting.
