theBigGavin/marketingdashboard
A one-screen real-time market research cockpit for A-shares, HK and US equities, commodities, US Treasury yields, sector heat, money flow and a 7x24 news flash. The repository ships both the React dashboard and a DeepSeek Harness plugin bundle that bridges its hosted MCP endpoint through the in-box dsh-mcp-client, so the agent gains five market-data tools with no API key and no local server.
The Market Research Cockpit (mrd) is a one-screen, real-time market dashboard for financial and industry research, and its DSH plugin exposes that data to the agent. The dashboard puts global markets on one screen (SSE/SZSE/Hang Seng/Dow/Nasdaq/S&P 500/VIX/USD-CNY with minute-level index charts), commodities and crypto (NY/London/SHFE gold, LME copper, crude, BTC), a US Treasury monitor (10Y/2Y yields, the 2s10s spread and the yield curve back to 2001), a sector heat radar with constituent and money-flow drill-down, money-flow tracking across the market, an industry-chain panorama (semiconductors, AI compute, EV, robotics and more with live-linked tickers), an AI cockpit tracking token-consumption trends of 50+ global LLM providers from OpenRouter's daily rankings, and an LLM price-competition watch built on a local TTSI archive plus a ~400-model price table. Inside DeepSeek Harness the bundle bridges the hosted MCP endpoint so five market tools appear as mcpmrd* with no API key; responses are cached in shared memory (quotes 5s, sector boards 5s, futures 15s, money flow 8s, news 8s) with inflight deduplication and exponential backoff that serves stale data rather than surfacing errors.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:theBigGavin/marketingdashboardCopied verbatim from the README's 'Install inside DeepSeek Harness' block (zero key, remote endpoint, no local server needed). The same README also documents MCP-server installs for Claude Desktop and other MCP clients, and a pnpm install + pnpm dev path for running the dashboard itself locally.
Compatibility
The dsh.bundle manifest bridges https://mrd.hermes.cc.cd/mcp through the in-box @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client, so the five tools appear as mcpmrd*. The MCP protocol is agent-framework agnostic; the server auto-detects DSH-compatible clients via the User-Agent header and applies DSH-appropriate cache TTLs. The repo is listed on the DSH community directories (GitHub dsh-plugin topic, awesome-dsh-plugin registry).
