By default DSH stuffs every installed plugin's tool schema (the README measures 414 tool definitions at about 65.6K tokens) and the full skill catalog (about 76K tokens) into every single request; this plugin makes tools non-resident by default so only the 28 official core tools plus three meta tools (search_plugins / load_plugin / invoke_tool) stay loaded, and it works at plugin granularity deliberately because finer tool-name granularity left the model with nothing to search for. It also shadows skills rather than disabling them (a shadowed skill is still manually invocable), lets plugin compositions narrow the model's plugin catalog, and prunes system-prompt sections registered by plugins by the same composition.

Compatibility
DSH 1.5 series only - engines.dsh is >=0.1.5-rc.2 <0.2.0. Supported on Desktop and Web (anything running DSH), on Windows, macOS and Linux, with zero runtime dependencies. The design is fail-open: better to prune too little than to prune by mistake. English README with a Simplified Chinese translation.
