It hooks five seams: tools/post-execute purifies each tool result the moment it is produced and bounds it by content type with a retrieval pointer inserted at the truncation point; system-prompt/assemble folds the tool-definition surface, stabilizes prefix-section order and truncates over-long description lines; tools/pre-execute rejects a second identical edit to the same content of the same file; session/event audits compaction summaries for missing sections; and llm/stream emits one cost-attribution line per request with route, prompt, cache hit and output. Folded tools stay callable - the schema is removed from the prompt but the model can still reach them with search_tools and invoke_tool or make them resident again with load_plugin - and because it never rewrites committed history the prefix cache is never invalidated by the plugin.

Compatibility
DSH kernel 1.5 series only - engines.dsh is >=0.1.5-rc.2 <0.2.0, and the plugin marketplace judges compatibility accordingly; once DSH reaches 0.2.0 this version will be ruled incompatible and a new one published. Supported on Desktop and Web (anything running DSH), on Windows, macOS and Linux; a stock, unpatched DSH install is fully supported because the plugin produces a writable request itself. English README with a Simplified Chinese translation.
