dsh-project-brain is a persistent project-intelligence and memory plugin for DSH. Instead of making every new conversation rediscover the repository, it analyses the active workspace and stores structured knowledge inside the project itself under .project-brain/, explaining the architecture layer by layer (a lane-based layered overview with an expandable runtime path per layer), preserving decisions, TODOs and development history, and restoring the right context in later sessions. It exposes thirteen project_* tools, a Dashboard with Overview/Architecture/TODO tabs, quick actions (rescan, organise TODOs, organise memories, project overview) and a SuggestionCard, plus import/export/rollback of the whole project brain as a zip with a sha256-checked manifest. Project data survives plugin upgrades and conversation changes, and uninstalling the plugin does not delete .project-brain/.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:yj-liuzepeng/dsh-project-brain#v0.7.0-beta.2Copied verbatim from the README's Quick start, which installs the tagged public beta (#v0.7.0-beta.2). Note the README's Quick start still pins that beta tag while the repository's own version badge currently reads 1.4.0 - flagged here so the command is not mistaken for the latest release.
Compatibility
The Host half provides workspace analysis, thirteen project_* tools, persistent memory, context injection, TODOs and architecture analysis to a compatible profile; the Dashboard and TodoStrip are a platform:web client plugin, so a pure CLI/TUI client does not render them and non-Web profile coverage is still being validated during beta. Source development needs Node.js 22.19+ or 24+. English README with a 简体中文 translation.
